Our 13/15 count Heads on IQF Gulf White shrimp (also known as 10/15). Wild American Gulf White Shrimp are caught in the waters of Gulf of Mexico off the Louisiana coast. Our shrimp are fresh frozen. IQF (Individually Quick Frozen).

These shrimp are, by definition, a bit smaller than all U10 shrimp. This size works better that all U10 for some recipes. This order seemed to have been frozen well and the thawed to be near fresh quality.
