Makes 6 to 8 servings
1 quart milk
4 thick slices day-old French bread, torn into small pieces (about 4 cups)
4 egg yolks, beaten
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
In my book there’s nothing better than bread pudding---rich, creamy and served with a rum or bourbon sauce. WOW!
