Louisiana Garlic Frog Legs Recipe
This Garlic Butter Fried Frog Legs recipe has some great flavor from the crisp fried frog legs, to the garlic butter sauce that they are cooked in.
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs of frog legs
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh Mushrooms
- Butter
- Konriko Seasoning
- Blackened seasoning
- Grapeseed oil
- Krispy Krunchy Flour
- Beer
- White wine
- Cracked black pepper
Garlic Frog Legs Cooking Instructions:
- Soak the frog legs in beer for one hour
- Season with Konriko Cajun seasoning, pepper, and blackening seasoning.
- Dredge the frog legs in the seasoned flour and shake to remove any excess flour, then set aside.
- In a large cast iron skillet, bring the butter and grapeseed oil up to a boil, just enough to brown.
- When oil and butter start sizzling, toss in the frog legs and brown on both sides.
- Set browned frog legs aside.
- Add white wine, whole peeled garlic cloves, and mushrooms.
- Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add frog legs back into the skillet
- Put a cover on the skillet
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 300ºF
- Remove from oven and serve
